Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks an experienced Salesforce/HubSpot Administrator to support a SaaS revenue systems project remotely. You will audit CRM and connected systems, resolve data inconsistencies, and document complex SaaS scenarios to improve governance and operational excellence.

Must have 4–6 years in Salesforce/HubSpot or similar CRMs, with API and SQL familiarity. The role requires strong English communication and SaaS experience, working in a distributed team environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms.
• Experience leading CRM implementations, migrations, consolidations, or rollouts.
• Strong knowledge of fields, objects, flows, validation rules, automation, and permissions.
• Experience with at least two revenue or operational systems such as billing, CPQ, ticketing, or integration platforms.
• Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, data models, and cross-system data reconciliation.
• Experience working in SaaS environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

We are seeking experienced Salesforce / HubSpot Administrators – Revenue Systems (SaaS) to support a customer project focused on operational excellence across CRM and revenue systems.

You’ll use your CRM expertise to evaluate real-world SaaS operations, resolve data and process inconsistencies, and help improve how AI systems understand complex business workflows. No prior AI experience is required.
