A leading consultancy firm in Belgium is looking for a Microsoft 365 Consultant Trainee to engage in functional analysis, technical modeling, and UI/UX evaluation for M365 solutions. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to develop problem-solving and analytical skills in a vibrant professional setting. Candidates should ideally be Master's students in management engineering with strong interpersonal skills. Bilingualism in French and Dutch is a plus.

As a Microsoft 365 Consultant Trainee in the SMART department, your role will be to use your analytical and technical skills to identify and understand the customer's specific requirements for M365 through a functional analysis. You will then draw up a technical model, including feasibility, workload estimates, a development schedule and a PoC (proof of concept). Finally, you will carry out a UI/UX analysis, and you will conclude on the possible evolutions and the interest that this could have for our customers.

During your work placement, and after receiving training from our experts, you will take part in various activities, such as :

• Studying a specific theme, often linked to an M365 module
• Identifying the possibilities and limitations of the solution
• Determining what the solution is for and how to implement it
• Assess the advantages and disadvantages of the solution
• Test the solution and analyse the results
• Create a mock-up to help customers understand the tool
• Develop a specific M365 module in relation to a given problem (e.g.Copilot )
• Draw up a technical model of the solution
• Carry out a UI/UX analysis to propose a more intuitive and user-friendly interface
• List possible areas for improvement
• Propose strategies for ‘selling’ the solution
• Document all stages of the project

The Microsoft 365 Consultant must be able to provide solutions with added value that will have an impact on users' work. You will be working with technologies such as SharePoint, PowerApps, LogicApps and others. Here are a few examples of needs that you could be asked to look into in greater depth:

• IA - Copilot : Exploiting artificial intelligence in business tools
• Intranet : Audience targeting, development of standard and custom applications
• Governance: When to use which tools and how to use them properly

Must-have :

• Master's student, ideally in management engineering with an IT option
• Good problem-solving, organisational and listening skills
• Basic knowledge of IT and a desire to go further in this field
• Affinity for IT in the broadest sense
• Very good analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team
• Curious, resourceful, self-taught, versatile

Nice-to-have :

• Bilingualism in French and Dutch would be an asset
