Sansum Clinic, partnered with Sutter Health, is seeking a board certified/eligible Maternal Fetal Medicine physician to join our growing women’s health team in Santa Barbara. The role emphasizes outpatient MFM consultation and longitudinal high-risk pregnancy care within a collaborative multispecialty system.

The position includes an administrative component, helping establish an MFM practice and serving as Department Head.

Qualifications

• Board certified/Eligible in Maternal Fetal Medicine.
• Strong interest in outpatient consultation and longitudinal care.
• Skilled in obstetric ultrasound and fetal procedures.
• Collaborative and collegial approach to co-management.
• Interest and experience in clinical program development.

Responsabilités

• Majority outpatient MFM practice.
• Program development and quality initiatives.
• Consultation and co-management of high risk pregnancies.
• Advanced obstetric ultrasound and fetal diagnostics.
• Preconception counseling and maternal optimization.
• Coordination with the OB/GYN team and multispecialty group.
• Limited/shared inpatient coverage (negotiable).
• Opportunity to build and shape a high risk pregnancy program.
