Sansum Medical Group seeks a compassionate NP or PA to join our Hematology/Oncology team at the Ridley-Tree Cancer Center in Santa Barbara, CA. You will work with experienced physicians in a collaborative setting dedicated to exceptional cancer care.

The role emphasizes bone marrow biopsies (if trained) and comprehensive cancer care with no call responsibilities. Join a multidisciplinary team focused on quality of life and survivorship.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of Hematology/Oncology or Internal Medicine experience.
• Experience managing complex medical conditions and chronic disease.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care to Hematology/Oncology patients throughout the continuum of treatment.
• Conduct follow-up visits and routine patient evaluations.
• Manage urgent and same-day sick visits and survivorship care.
• Deliver comprehensive symptom management and supportive care.
