Sansum Medical Group in Santa Barbara seeks a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible OB/GYN to join a collaborative, physician-led women’s health team. The role offers a mix of obstetrics and gynecology with a strong referral network and shared call schedule, supported by Epic EHR and clinical staff.

The compensation package includes a base salary of $340,000–$410,000, one-year guaranteed income, sign-on bonus, productivity incentives, and PSLF-eligible employer, plus extensive benefits

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in OB/GYN
• Eligible for California medical licensure
• DEA certification required
• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
