Sansum Medical Group Santa Barbara is seeking a full-time Urgent Care Provider to join our multispecialty clinic. This role offers same-day, walk-in care for acute issues and coordination with primary care and specialty clinicians.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, ordering tests, administering medications, and counseling. A 1-year guarantee, competitive sign-on, and relocation/student loan support are available. Base pay is $300,000–$340,000 with potential incentives.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with directly related Urgent Care experience.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Emergency Medicine.
• DEA Certificate and CA licensure or ability to obtain licensure in CA.

Sansum Medical Group Santa Barbara has an opportunity for a full-time Urgent Care Provider to join our multispecialty care team. This position offers the unique opportunity to provide same-day, walk-in care for patients with acute or urgent needs—either through self-referral or referral from our network of primary care and specialty clinicians.

Position Details:

• Flexible Schedule -Three 12 hours shifts per week on average
• Evaluating and treating a wide range of patients with a broad case mix, from minor injuries and infections to complex presentations that benefit from rapid diagnostics.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests
• Administering and prescribing medications
• Providing patient education and counseling
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within the multispecialty group or the emergency department to coordinate care
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records

Salary/Benefits:

• 1 Year Guarantee
• $300,000.00-$340,000.00
• The listed range is solely a base compensation for full-time physicians. It does not include incentives and benefits. The base compensation rate may be adjusted based on training, community need and other possible determining components.
