Expleo Group in Belgium is seeking an experienced Technician to support development reviews with product design teams and to create manufacturing methods for new product lines. You will monitor first assemblies, define required tools, and manage project resources, costs and timelines.

The role emphasizes collaboration, safety, quality, and delivery commitments, with a focus on continuous improvement and teamwork across disciplines.

Qualifications

• Technician with a minimum of 5 years' experience in an industrial environment.
• Fluency in written and spoken French; English beneficial.
• Creative/innovative spirit on continuous improvement and competitiveness.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the industrial architect and process engineer on development reviews.
• Create new manufacturing and testing methods for new product lines.
• Monitor initial assemblies and feed back into methods.
• Define production tools and resources for product industrialization.
• Estimate production resources and tools; manage medium-sized projects.
• Validate production equipment via FAT/SAT to meet customer requirements.
• Train and transfer knowledge to line operators.
• Manage recurring and non-recurring realization costs for quotations.
• Oversee methods and project activities respecting milestones and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the industrial architect and process engineer, participate in development reviews with our product design teams, integrating and maximizing the "Design to Manufacture" and "Design to Cost" concepts.
• Be responsible for creating new manufacturing and testing methods for new product lines.
• Monitor the first assemblies in the room, so as to integrate feedback into the methods.
• Define production tools and resources required for product industrialization.
• Take charge of estimates for production resources and tools.
• Manage medium-sized projects for setting up production machines, resources and tools.
• Participate in the validation and evaluation of production equipment through visits, FAT and SAT to ensure that products meet customer requirements.
• Train and transfer machine and product knowledge to production line methodists and operators.
• Take charge of recurring and non-recurring realization costs for quotations.
• TA/TP management
• Manage methods and project activities in compliance with milestones, costs and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Technician with a minimum of 5 years' experience in an industrial environment, specialized in creating manufacturing methods for industrial products and setting up production facilities.
• Fluency in written and spoken French
• Good knowledge in English is a plus (written and spoken)
• Creative/innovative spirit on subjects such as continuous improvement and increasing competitiveness and productivity.
• Technical expertise in products, manufacturing processes and resources.
• Strong ability to interact and collaborate with others, and to work as part of a team.
• Able to manage several projects/tasks in parallel
• Flexible, open-minded, hands-on person, focused on implementation and meeting commitments (Safety, Quality, Costs, Deadlines)

Essential Skills
