X4 Life Sciences in Belgium is seeking an MES Consultant to join a growing Life Sciences practice. You will design, implement and deliver MES solutions for pharmaceutical and biotech clients, focusing on PAS‑X or similar platforms and working across client sites.

The role requires hands-on MES experience in regulated environments, strong problem-solving, and excellent stakeholder communication. A hybrid working model and exposure to multiple projects offer clear career progression.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ hands-on experience with MES
• Hands-on MES implementation experience
• Experience with MBR modelling / recipe design would be beneficial
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment is essential
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Fluent English and client-facing consulting experience
• Willingness to learn and adapt across client environments

Responsabilités

• Designing and configuring MES solutions for life sciences clients
• Conducting MBR modelling and recipe design activities
• Supporting MES implementation, testing, deployment and go-live
• Collaborating with client stakeholders and manufacturing users
• Assisting requirements gathering and design workshops
• Translating manufacturing requirements into MES solutions
• Supporting validation/verification activities, including MBR/EBR verification
• Troubleshooting MES-related issues and driving continuous improvement
• Collaborating with IT, Engineering, QA, Validation and Manufacturing teams
• Contributing to projects from requirements through implementation and support
