MES Business Analyst

We are looking for a motivated MES Business Analyst to join our team in Brussels. This role bridges business needs and MES solutions in a regulated life sciences manufacturing environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements from manufacturing and quality stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for MES solutions
• Support the implementation and enhancement of MES systems (e.g., production execution, batch tracking, electronic batch records)
• Collaborate with IT teams, production teams, and quality assurance to ensure system alignment
• Participate in validation activities and ensure compliance with GxP and CSV standards
• Support testing phases (FAT, SAT, UAT) and ensure proper documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement of manufacturing processes through digital solutions

Your Profile

• Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or MES Functional Consultant
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is a strong plus
• Good understanding of MES systems and manufacturing processes in regulated environments
• Knowledge of GxP and Computer System Validation (CSV) is highly valued
• Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a production‑driven, fast‑paced environment
• Willingness to be based in Brussels (mobility required)
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotech environment
