Arcadis in Belgium is seeking a Client Focus professional to support due diligence for investments, collaborating with surveyors and engineers to identify technical risks and data needs.

You will analyze equipment, produce findings, and present outcomes to clients and colleagues while contributing to feasibility studies for office, logistics, data centre, and lab assets.

Qualifications

• Graduate in electro-mechanics/electricity engineering.
• Initial (1 to 2-year) experience in technical installations audit and maintenance.
• Previous experience in a maintenance or facility management company is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch. French is a plus.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Advanced proficiency with desktop applications (e.g. MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

Responsabilités

• Carry out research to identify and collect relevant data and information.
• Support the assessment of technical equipment (Elec, HVAC, Fire Safety…) according to the NEN2767 standard.
• Support high-level feasibility study for various kind of assets (office, logistics, data centre, labs…).
• Deliver, discuss, and present the outcomes to colleagues, clients and third parties.
• Work closely with the consultants, architects and engineers of the sustainability and design & engineering teams to support the development of joint proposals.
• Provide value-adding technical advisory support to projects.
