Arcadis is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to own the electrical scope from concept to detailed design on complex projects. You will collaborate with global teams and act as the go-to electrical expert for clients.

You will mentor junior engineers, drive process improvements, and standardize workflows to bring best practices across industrial facilities, data centers, offices, and electrification initiatives—locally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Solid experience in electrical engineering within industrial or commercial environments.
• Proficiency with ETAP, Caneco BT, ElecCalc, AutoCAD, Revit is an asset.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Good communication and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Solid experience in electrical engineering within industrial or commercial environments.
• Proficiency with tools like ETAP, Caneco BT, ElecCalc, AutoCAD, Revit is an asset.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Good communication skills and able to clearly explain technical concepts to customers or internally within your project team.
• Passion for mentoring and innovation.
• Excellent communication in Dutch & English, French is a plus.
• Flexibility to collaborate globally and limited travel when needed.
