Arcadis is seeking an MEP Engineer to join our technical due diligence team. You will support assessments of electrical, HVAC, and fire safety installations across diverse assets, from offices to data centres, contributing to risk identification and reporting for real estate clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in electro-mechanics or related technical field is required.
• 1–3 years of experience in technical installations, maintenance, facility management, or building services engineering.
• Strong verbal and written communication and reporting skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct technical assessments of building services installations (electrical, HVAC, fire safety).
• Identify technical risks, maintenance issues and investment priorities.
• Support desk research and prepare clear client reports and presentations.
• Collaborate with surveyors, consultants, architects and engineers on multidisciplinary projects.
