Job summary

Rhox in Belgium is looking for a senior functional analyst to modernise an Adobe ColdFusion application with Mendix, and to support AI-assisted migration while preserving business logic for case management, data processing and reporting.

You will analyse existing processes, validate migration output against business needs, translate requirements into user stories, create and maintain the backlog, prepare and facilitate workshops, and write functional documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in business and functional analysis.
• Familiar with Mendix and migration projects.
• Knowledge of AI for automated modernization.
• Proficient in UML and BPMN modelling.
• Excellent communication to validate results with stakeholders.
• Experience with migration solutions on projects.
• Multilingual: Dutch, French, and English at B2 level.
