IQVIA MedTech CFS seeks a Field Service Engineer/Technician to install and configure automated medication dispensing systems across healthcare facilities. You will test, document, and validate hardware and software while coordinating with engineers and customers.

Travel up to 100% is required; per-diem, assignment-based work with paid training is offered. A related electronics/mechanical background and fluent English are necessary for success.

Qualifications

• CESS or equivalent required depending on region
• Minimum 1 year related electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience
• English and Dutch/French required depending on regional need
• Professional business acumen and communication skills required
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems
• Ability to work with design engineers, project managers & healthcare personnel
• Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements and immunizations
• Ability to travel locally, regionally, and nationally weekly
• Must have a valid driver's license and own vehicle
• Location within 30 miles of a major airport

Responsabilités

• Organizing, testing, and assembling automated medication dispensing systems
• Installing and configuring hardware, software and mechanical medical devices
• Review of schematics, drawings, and logistics to support installation activities
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with quality compliance requirements
• Partner with a team of support staff, manage project timelines and customer needs
