IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Field Service Engineer/Technician to install and configure automated medication dispensing systems across healthcare facilities. This role requires travel locally, regionally, and nationally, with open availability on weekdays.

Training is provided and paid, and you will collaborate with design engineers, project managers and healthcare staff to ensure proper installation and operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience.
• English and Dutch/French depending on region.
• Professional business acumen and communication skills.
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems.
• Ability to work with design engineers, project managers & healthcare personnel to identify equipment layout, operations, and workflow.
• Ability to clear hospital vendor credentialing requirements, including proof of vaccination status.
• Position may/will require up to date immunizations.
• Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Organizing, testing, and assembling automated medication dispensing systems; all tasks revolve around installing and configuring hardware, software and mechanical medical devices.
• Review of schematics / drawings, documentation, and logistics to support installation activities.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with quality compliance requirements.
• Partner with a team of support staff, manage project timelines and customer needs.
• Training for this role will be provided and is paid.
