IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Field Service Engineer/Technician to install and configure automated medication dispensing systems across healthcare facilities. The role involves extensive travel and collaboration with clinical teams, engineers, and project managers to meet installation and quality standards.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in electronics/hardware/software or mechanical work, with strong communication skills and proficiency with Windows/Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience.
• Professional business acumen and communication skills required.
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems.
• Ability to work with design engineers, project managers and healthcare personnel.

Responsabilités

• Organizing, testing, and assembling automated medication dispensing systems; tasks revolve around installing and configuring hardware, software and mechanical medical devices.
• Review schematics, drawings, documentation, and logistics to support installation activities.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with quality compliance requirements.
• Partner with a team of support staff, manage project timelines and customer needs.
