IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, test and configure automated medication dispensing systems in healthcare facilities. You will install hardware and software, review schematics, and document results while ensuring compliance with quality standards.

The role requires 100% travel across local, regional and national assignments with flexibility for a per-diem schedule; training is provided and paid, and you will work with engineers, project managers and healthcare staff

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience.
• English and Dutch/French language required depending on regional need.
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems.
• Ability to work with design engineers, project managers & healthcare personnel to identify equipment layout, operations, and workflow.
• Active and unrestricted driver’s license required; willingness to use a personal vehicle.
• Vaccination and hospital credentialing requirements may apply.

Responsabilités

• Installing and configuring hardware, software and mechanical medical devices.
• Review schematics/drawings, documentation, and logistics to support installation activities.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with quality compliance requirements.
• Partner with a team of support staff, manage project timelines and customer needs.
• Training for this role will be provided and is paid.
• Travel 100% locally, regionally, and nationally; per-diem assignment-based schedule.
