IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install and configure automated medication dispensing hardware in healthcare facilities across the United States. The role emphasizes hands-on hardware/software integration and collaboration with clinical staff.

Candidates should have at least 1 year in electronics/hardware/software or mechanical experience, be comfortable traveling up to 100%, and able to obtain facility credentials.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year related electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience.
• English and Dutch/French is required depending on the regional need.
• Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems.

Responsabilités

• Organizing, testing, and assembling automated medication dispensing systems; hardware, software and mechanical device installation and configuration.
• Review schematics/drawings, documentation, and logistics to support installation activities.
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
• Ensure work complies with quality standards.
• Collaborate with team of support staff, manage timelines and customer needs.
• Training for this role will be provided and is paid.
