MEOGROUP Belgium is seeking a Medior Indirect Buyer to support Brussels-area clients. You will analyze needs, define sourcing strategies and manage indirect categories including IT, facilities and services. You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT and HR to optimize procurement processes.

The role requires French and Dutch fluency, strong negotiation and cost-analysis skills, and the ability to lead sourcing events while coordinating multiple stakeholders. A hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in a related field.
• 1–5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing or contract management.
• Indirect procurement experience in services/industrial/public/international environment.
• Knowledge of sourcing and tendering processes.

Responsabilités

• Analyze internal stakeholders’ requirements and challenge specifications where relevant.
• Identify procurement opportunities and define sourcing strategies.
• Manage indirect procurement categories (IT, facilities, HR services, marketing, fleet, professional services, general services).
• Conduct market analyses and identify potential suppliers.
• Prepare and manage RFIs, RFQs and RFPs.
