Aerospacelab, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical GSE Engineer to join the V&V team. You will define MGSE requirements, design and build benches, jigs, and interfaces, and verify them on flatsats and the final assembly line.

The role involves hands-on testing and quick iteration in a factory setting. You will work with PA, Industrialization, Manufacturing and AIT engineers, contributing to a high-throughput Megafactory production and continuous improvement of GSE processes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proactive, autonomous, strong communicator.
• Iterative design mindset; hands-on testing/implementation.
• Experience in a factory/industrial environment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Define MGSE requirements with V&V Engineers for FS and FAL.
• Design and build MGSE including benches, jigs, interfaces, and tooling.
• Test, commission and iterate GSE on FS, STM, QM and PFM.
• Support early satellite production and resolve line issues on-site.
