Aerospacelab is looking for an Electrical Ground Support Equipment (EGSE) Engineer to join the V&V team. You will design, implement and test GSE needed to verify satellites on flatsats and on the final assembly line, contributing to a high-throughput Megafactory.

You will work across electronics, Linux and scripting, define requirements with V&V engineers, develop supporting software and networking, and be comfortable on-site in Charleroi with close cooperation with PA, Industrialization,

Qualifications

• Degree in CS, EE, IE or related fields.
• Linux knowledge.
• Programming knowledge.
• PCB design and GSE design experience.
• Strong communication and autonomous work style.

Responsabilités

• Define EGSE requirements with V&V Engineers for FS and FAL.
• Develop electrical V&V GSE for a functioning final assembly line (FAL).
• Develop the electrical V&V GSE required for flatsat (FS) testing, including supporting software and networking.
• Within the Factory team, develop the work centers of the production line, taking responsibility that V&V GSE needs are met in the FAL.
• Test and commission the GSE you create in the Megafactory, on the FS, STM, QM and PFM.
• Support the first phase of satellite production, iterating on the GSE to resolve issues quickly on the line.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of GSE processes.
