Qualifications

• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements.
• Familiarity with data management or master data concepts.
• Good communication with IT and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse insurance processes, data, and systems to validate requirements.
• Contribute to design of solutions and testing activities.
• Create practical test plans, scenarios, and cases; report results clearly.
• Coordinate defect resolution and provide production support as needed.
