EFOR Group is seeking an experienced MBR Editor to join on client site in Geel, Belgium. You will design and configure electronic batch records (EBRs) in the PAS‑X MES, translating production processes into Master Batch Records for various MES projects across the site.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), 10+ years of experience, and strong English and Dutch communication skills, with GMP documentation and change control experience.

• Solid knowledge of MBR design in PAS‑X or an equivalent MES system.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Dutch; GMP documentation handling.

Responsabilités

• Create and configure electronic batch records (EBRs) in PAS‑X MES for multiple MES projects.
• Translate production processes into Master Batch Records (MBR) within the MES system.
• Convert process activities (CIP, SIP, leak testing, media and buffer prep, steps) into structured MBRs.
• Work across multiple projects with shifting priorities and deadlines.

Are you an expert in electronic batch record design, fluent in both digital manufacturing systems and GMP documentation? EFOR Group, a trusted Life Sciences consulting partner, is seeking an experienced MBR Editor to join our team on a client site in Geel, Belgium.

Contract duration: 01/10/2026 – 31/12/2026

What you'll do:

• Create and configure electronic batch records (EBRs) in the MES system (PAS-X) to support multiple MES projects across the site
• Translate production processes into Master Batch Records (MBR) within the MES system
• Independently translate process‑related activities — CIP, SIP, leak testing, media and buffer preparation, and process steps — into structured MBRs
• Work flexibly across multiple projects, easily switching between shifting priorities and deadlines

Your background:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
• Solid knowledge of MBR design in PAS‑X or an equivalent MES system
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch
• Knowledge of GMP guidelines, with the ability to handle GMP‑compliant documentation and change control procedures
• Ability to work both independently and within a team, with strong interpersonal skills
• Flexible, resilient under pressure, and comfortable working to tight deadlines
• Strong affinity for digitalization and enthusiasm for implementing digital solutions
• Expert‑level profile: 10+ years of relevant experience
