Job summary

Unilin Insulation is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to lead content marketing for French and Export markets (Germany, Poland, Spain, Italy and the Nordics). You will develop campaigns, product launches and customer engagement initiatives across multiple channels, collaborating with sales, R&D and digital teams to drive demand and ROI.

Qualifications

• You possess a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or related field.
• 3–5 years in marketing, trade marketing, product marketing or marketing coordination in an international B2B environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders.
• Fluent in French and English; knowledge of Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute B2B marketing campaigns and product launch activities in your markets.
• Build relationships with sales, R&D and digital to identify market opportunities.
• Provide sales support materials such as brochures, presentations, videos, POS materials, case studies.
• Deliver market insights, customer feedback, and content for digital campaigns and lead generation.
• Monitor budgets, timelines and KPIs to maximize ROI.

• Deliver product and application training sessions for customers, distributors, and partners.

Unilin Insulation is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will be in the lead to develop our content marketing for our French and Export markets (Germany, Poland, Spain, Italy and the Nordics). As Marketing Coordinator you are in the driver’s seat to develop and execute impactful campaigns, product launches and customer engagement initiatives tailored to the specific needs of each market. From supporting well-established markets to helping accelerate growth in emerging regions such as Eastern Europe, you will play a key role in strengthening our market presence, generating customer demand and bringing our value proposition to life across multiple channels.

Your job responsibilities include:

• Marketing management
  • Coordinate and execute B2B marketing campaigns and product launch activities in your markets;
  • Build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders such as sales, R&D and digital to identify market-relevant opportunities;
  • Act as a true partner to sales and provide them with the necessary sales support materials such as brochures, sales presentations, video’s, point-of-sale materials, case studies;
  • Provide market insights, customer feedback, testimonials, product information, and content to support digital marketing campaigns and lead generation activities;
  • Monitor budgets, project timelines and performance indicators to maximize impact and ROI.
• Customer engagement and training
  • Plan and coordinate customer events, trade fairs, roadshows, webinars, and other engagement initiatives;
  • Deliver product and application training sessions for customers, distributors, and partners together with sales;
  • Support strategic customer projects and growth initiatives in close cooperation with Sales and Technical teams;
  • Collect, analyze, and share customer feedback to support continuous improvement and product development.

Who are you?

• You possess a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a marketing, trade marketing, product marketing or marketing coordination role, preferably in an international B2B environment.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in understanding market needs and translating them into impactful marketing initiatives.
• A passion for content marketing and storytelling with the ability to develop compelling marketing and sales support materials.
• Hands‑on, proactive and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• A team player who enjoys (international) collaboration.
• You are fluent in French and English, knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
