BARBUSS in Antwerp, Belgium seeks professionals with background in law, insurance, marine or related fields to manage and resolve out-of-court liability claims, and to expand the client portfolio.

You will build relationships with clients, develop growth strategies, and coordinate BARBUSS Claims operations across markets, with emphasis on English and Dutch language proficiency.

The role offers international exposure, a flexible policy and the chance to contribute to a rapidly expanding team.

Qualifications

• Between 1-3 years of prior experience in Insurance, Loss Adjusters, Brokers, international shipping, or law firms.
• Degree in Law, Insurance, Engineer, Marine or similar field.
• Fluent English and Dutch; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients.
• Develop growth sales strategies and execution plans to meet targets.
• Identify and implement actions to penetrate different markets (events, meetings, calls, presentations).
• Develop BARBUSS Claims lines: survey coordination, investigation, loss adjustment, defense.
