CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Data Center Technician for our Brussels data center.

The role covers preventative maintenance and repairs in critical client environments, with a focus on ensuring safe environmental conditions and efficient operation. The technician will work Monday to Friday, using strong communication skills in Dutch/English or French/English, and will interact with third-party vendors to uphold quality and safety standards while ensuring compliance with the Master Service

Qualifications

• Technical apprenticeship or equivalent experience in a technical discipline.
• Ability to work shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to present information clearly to internal teams and clients.

Responsabilités

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on data center equipment.
• Inspect Mechanical & Engineering systems and servicing of equipment.
• Respond to Building Management System alarms and perform emergency repairs.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and ensure compliance with procedures and laws.
• Complete planned maintenance and reactive maintenance per procedures.
• Record… and ensure quality standards in maintenance logs.
