Rolls-Royce is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to provide technical support to operations and to develop, maintain and improve manufacturing processes to meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, and lead time targets.

The role focuses on applying process controls, driving quality improvements, and developing digital systems to sustain robust production. A professional engineering qualification is expected, with experience in manufacturing environments and knowledge of related software tools.

Qualifications

Engineering qualification with professional recognition.
Understanding of manufacturing processes.
Familiarity with manufacturing systems and enabling software.
Knowledge of manufacturing engineering processes relevant to the role.

Responsabilités

Ensure HSE compliance in manufacturing processes.
Drive a culture of zero defects and support Right First Time.
Apply manufacturing process controls and act as signatory where applicable (ME A/ PCA).
Identify opportunities for new or improved processes and digital systems.
Plan and manage project schedules, resources and costs.
