Rolls-Royce plc is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, maintain and improve manufacturing processes that meet safety, quality, cost, delivery, and lead-time requirements. You will apply process controls, ensure product conformance and drive continuous improvement across functions.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities for new processes, planning activities, and coaching teams while collaborating with suppliers and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Professionally qualified engineer with relevant accreditation.
• IEng or CEng accreditation where available.
• General understanding of manufacturing processes relevant to the business.
• Awareness of Manufacturing Systems and enabling software tools relevant to the business.
• Understanding of Manufacturing Engineering processes relevant to the role.

Responsabilités

• Ensure HSE in manufacturing processes and meet Zero Harm standards.
• Guarantee product safety and conformance to design definitions.
• Drive a culture of zero defects and Right First Time.
• Apply manufacturing process controls and sign-off as MEA/PCA where applicable.
• Identify opportunities for new or improved processes and digital systems.
• Plan and manage activities including schedule, resources and costs.
• Develop, implement, validate, and continuously improve manufacturing processes and digital systems.
• Share best practices and collaborate with interfacing teams.
