Vulcain Engineering Belgium is seeking a QA Engineer to join the Leuven-area team. You will support the QA Manager Production to ensure products and processes meet customer and regulatory requirements, aiming for zero defects and minimal waste.

You will collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering to strengthen product and process quality, participate in CAPAs and audits, and drive the GEMBA-based improvement program while receiving targeted training and guidance from Business

Qualifications

• Higher scientific degree or equivalent with first work experience.
• Experience in production in pharmaceutical, medical devices, or food sectors.
• Knowledge of quality systems incl. GMP/HACCP and ISO 13485.

Responsabilités

• Support QA Manager Production to ensure products meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Lead root-cause analysis and embed improvements in QMS, SOPs, and control plans.
• Coordinate with production, maintenance and engineering to drive continuous improvement.
