Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager Transfer Pricing with a finance focus to lead complex intercompany financial engagements and provide strategic TP guidance. The role focuses on valuation, finance transactions, and economic analysis within a multinational context.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of experience in valuation, financial analysis, financial transactions, transaction advisory, investment analysis, treasury advisory, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, financing structures, valuation methodologies, and economic analysis.
• Experience performing financial modeling, credit analyses, and benchmarking studies.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

• Participate in and contribute to attaining team goals.

The ideal candidate for this profile combines strong expertise in financial transactions, corporate finance and valuation with leadership capabilities and a collaborative mindset. Your Profile

• 4-6+ years of experience in valuation, financial analysis, financial transactions, transaction advisory, investment analysis, treasury advisory, or a related field.
• Prior exposure to tax or transfer pricing is not a prerequisite.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, financing structures, valuation methodologies, and economic analysis.
• Experience performing financial modeling, credit analyses, and benchmarking studies.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Market and client focused.
• Demonstrate leadership, sound judgment, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience in a Big 4, consulting firm, banking environment, valuation practice, or transaction advisory team is highly valued.
