Job summary

KPMG in Zaventem seeks a Manager Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead IAM engagements, design and implement secure identity solutions, and guide client teams through evolving access controls and risk management.

You will coordinate with senior stakeholders, ensure high-quality delivery, and promote best practices in IAM across engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IAM experience.
• Fluent in English and Dutch or French.
• CISSP/CISM or similar IAM tool experience is a plus.
• Understanding of IAM concepts: access controls, LDAP, RBAC, authentication, PKI.

Responsibilities

• Work with leading IAM tools and design and implement sustainable identity and access solutions.
• Assess workflows and documentation; identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Support clients in improving IAM practices and develop remediation plans.
• Plan and manage engagements; ensure quality and compliance with standards.

What will you work on:

• You’ll work with leading IAM tools like SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft, and CyberArk.
• You’ll help clients design and implement sustainable identity and access solutions, processes, and team models to manage evolving risks.
• You’ll assess workflows and documentation through interviews, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• You’ll support clients in improving IAM practices, run table‑top exercises, and help develop remediation plans.
• You’ll plan and manage engagements, ensure quality and compliance with standards, and coordinate with client leadership.
• You’ll review team work, manage expectations, and use KPMG tools to deliver high‑quality results.
• You’ll promote teamwork, accountability, and strong project management throughout your engagements.

What do you need:

• You have 5+ years of experience in IAM and related services.
• You’re direct, honest, and open to learning from both successes and setbacks.
• You take initiative and enjoy managing projects from start to finish.
• You speak English and Dutch or French fluently.
• Certifications like CISSP or CISM or experience with tools such as SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, or Azure AD are a plus.
• You understand key IAM concepts like access controls, LDAP, RBAC, authentication, and PKI.
• You confidently navigate AI topics and can communicate complex concepts to stakeholders, make ethically sound decisions, and adapt to evolving technologies.
