Jobtailor in Belgium seeks a Regional Compliance Training Lead to design and oversee training strategies, curricula, and delivery models that meet evolving regulatory requirements. You will partner with Health Care Compliance, Legal, and business stakeholders to align policies, drive awareness, measure training effectiveness, and lead a team in a fast‑paced, multi‑country environment.

You will support audits and inspections, present insights to senior leadership, and continuously improve

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Finance, Compliance, or related discipline; advanced degree is an advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance, anti-bribery/anti-corruption, third-party risk, or other business related fields
  • Robust understanding anti-corruption, Health Care compliance, and third-party risk management frameworks
  • Proven ability to lead operational teams in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret risk factors and make well-reasoned decisions
  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence and engage stakeholders across multiple levels and countries
  • Fluency in English required; Additional market specific fluency preferred.

  • Ensure effectiveness of training through metrics, assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Manage and develop a team and/or matrixed resources, fostering high performance and engagement
  • Oversee compliance-related change management and communication planning for new or updated requirements
  • Support audits, inspections, and internal reviews related to compliance policies and training programs
  • Prepare and present insights, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership

Connaissances

Formation
