Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with permanent work authorization in Belgium.
• Ready to start full-time in March or September 2027.
• Minimum B2 level English and French/or Dutch.
• Flexible with weekends and varied shifts.
• Open to relocation within Belgium.

Responsabilités

• Learn in-store operations and develop customer service and product replenishment skills.
• Coordinate team activities and daily planning as you progress.
• Support sales analytics, KPI performance and store standards.
• Assist with inventory planning and operational excellence to drive customer satisfaction.
• Develop leadership skills and succession planning through rotations.
