Job summary

UNIQLO is launching a 12-month Management Candidate Graduate Programme in Belgium. Graduates will rotate through stores, leading teams, and learning core ops from merchandising to omni-channel checkout. The programme emphasizes leadership, analytics, and hands-on experience to prepare for future store management roles.

Participants gain mentoring from executives, participate in leadership conventions, and have pathways for fast career progression within UNIQLO and Fast Retailing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree with permanent Belgian work authorization.
• Ready to start full-time in March or September 2027.
• Minimum English level B2 and proficiency in either French or Dutch.
• Flexible with weekends and varied shifts.
• Open to relocation within Belgium.

Responsibilities

• Learn store operations and product replenishment on the shop floor.
• Support sales analytics, KPI tracking, and inventory planning.
• Collaborate with leadership during rotations and mentor junior staff.
