Hospitality Talents - Recruitment Agency is seeking a Maintenance Manager/Chief Engineer to lead renovation projects and oversee maintenance across luxury hotel properties in Belgium. You will manage in-house and external teams, ensure safety and quality, and coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required (French a plus). The role involves tight deadlines and daily travel between Ghent, Antwerp, and Brussels, with a competitive compensation

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or Chief Engineer in 4-5 hotels or luxury hospitality.
• Strong background in hotel renovation projects (planning to execution).
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French a plus.
• Technical expertise: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and building automation.
• Leadership: manage teams and external contractors under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to travel daily between Ghent, Antwerp and Brussels.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Maintenance:

• Organize work schedules and prioritize tasks based on operational needs.


• Reporting:


• Provide daily/weekly reports on project progress, maintenance activities, and any critical issues.


• Collaborate with General Managers and Asset Management teams.

Required Skills & Experience
