Imerys in Willebroek is seeking a Maintenance Engineer to improve the site's reliability and advance maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive and RCM). You translate data analyses into concrete improvements that enhance safety, quality and efficiency.

You will act as a technical lead on projects from concept to handover, manage costs and planning, and collaborate with operations, engineering and procurement to optimize parts lifecycle and service contracts.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master in electromechanics, automation or process technology.
• Experience in maintenance, reliability or engineering in a production environment.
• Knowledge of SAP PM/CMMS and techniques like RCM, FMEA.

Responsabilidades

• Strategy & innovation: develop and continuously improve maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, RCM).
• Technical project leadership: develop improvement proposals and manage implementation from A to Z.
• Purchase and contract management: advise on spare parts lifecycle and service contracts.
• Act as technical expert and bridge between shop floor, management and engineering during investments.
