Job summary

Agristo’s Wielsbeke site is expanding its maintenance team to strengthen strategic spare parts management, bill of materials, and documentation for maintenance and inspection plans. You will help implement maintenance strategies to improve reliability and efficiency across our asset base.

You will develop, roll out and monitor maintenance plans for installations and assets, focusing on preventive maintenance to avoid breakdowns. Collaboration with production and engineering is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning and implementing maintenance strategies is desirable.
• Ability to analyze machine data to detect trends and risks.
• Experience coordinating with production, engineering and maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance strategy to improve reliability and efficiency of the machinery park.
• Develop, roll out and monitor maintenance plans for installations and assets.
• Contribute to a strong maintenance plan focusing on preventive maintenance to avoid failures.
• Collect and analyze machine and production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Carry out failure analyses to determine root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Assist in managing the asset lifecycle and advise on cost-effective repair, replacement and upgrades.
• Collaborate with production and engineering to align maintenance activities with production needs.
• Share knowledge and support training of colleagues in the technical service.
