As a member of the Site Management Team, you actively contribute to the further development and implementation of the site's mission, vision, and growth plans.
You develop and implement a future-oriented maintenance strategy that aligns with the site's business objectives and master plan. You ensure that the production assets perform optimally, supporting reliable, high-quality, and cost-efficient manufacturing.
You take the lead in the further professionalization of the maintenance department. By implementing operational excellence principles and continuous improvement initiatives, you build a high-performing and future-proof maintenance organization.
