J-Tec Material Handling Belgium seeks a Customer Care Service Coordinator who blends technical expertise with commercial insight to coordinate maintenance services, inspections and contracts for customers across the Benelux. You will lead the daily planning of Customer Care Field Engineers, build long‑term customer relationships and identify opportunities to expand maintenance and aftersales activity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field with solid technical understanding of mechanical, electrical and automatisation systems.
Experience in a service, maintenance or project coordination environment is a strong asset.
Fluent in Dutch and English, with knowledge of French and/or German considered an asset.

Responsabilités

Coordinate maintenance services, inspections and retrofit activities from quotation to completion.
Act as primary contact for customers regarding maintenance activities, technical issues, and warranty cases.
Plan and deploy Customer Care Field Engineers, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Develop and negotiate maintenance agreements and service proposals based on customer needs.
