JBT Marel is seeking a Reliability Engineer in Sint-Niklaas, Belgium, to develop and maintain the foundations of our maintenance strategy so that customers’ equipment operates reliably, safely, and efficiently throughout its lifecycle.

You will collaborate with engineering, service, logistics, and customers to translate technical insight into practical maintenance plans and parts kits, shaping the maintenance program for products engineered in Sint-Niklaas.

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical education (mechanical, electrical, mechatronic, or similar).
• Experience in maintenance engineering, service engineering, reliability engineering, or a similar technical role.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance concepts, spare parts structures, and service documentation.

Responsabilités

• Own and continuously improve Master Maintenance Documentation and Maintenance Plans for JBT Marel equipment.
• Define maintenance criteria for parts using supplier data, FMEA input, customer feedback and field service insights.
• Create and maintain structured maintenance kits aligned with machine configurations and customer needs.
