Lincoln International Brussels seeks a curious and driven intern for 3–5 months, starting October 2026. You will work alongside experienced bankers and gain hands-on exposure to M&A transactions in a fast-paced advisory setting.

Applicants should have an exceptional academic background, strong Dutch and English skills, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. You will help with market research, deal materials, valuations, and pitches, learning the full deal process in a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Academic excellence with strong performance
• Interest in accounting, Finance, M&A, and valuation
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English

Responsabilités

• Conduct market, industry and company research
• Support deal execution and draft materials (teasers, information memorandums, and other relevant documentation)
• Carrying out financial analyses and assisting with valuations, identifying a buyer universe, participating in the due diligence and closing processes
• Involvement in pitch presentation preparation
• Supporting senior bankers with business development and meeting preparation
