Job summary

OMEGA SA in Brussels is seeking a motivated Sales Associate (M/F/X) to strengthen its luxury boutique team. You will advise customers, deliver a memorable shopping experience, and uphold brand standards in a dynamic, international setting.

The role offers a full-time permanent contract (38.5 hours), training, uniforms, and attractive benefits such as hospital insurance, meal vouchers and ecocheques, with opportunities to grow within Swatch Group.

Qualifications

• Commercial and customer-oriented: As a Sales Associate (M/F/X), you are sales-oriented and always place the customer at the center of your priorities, in order to respond effectively to their needs and build a lasting business relationship.
• Team spirit and versatility: You thrive in a team, take initiative and demonstrate a versatile attitude.
• Knowledge of the luxury sector: Previous experience as a sales consultant/salesperson, knowledge of watchmaking or another luxury sector are valuable assets.
• Communication skills: You communicate easily with customers and colleagues. Being present at events appeals to you and will enable you to develop your network of new customers.

Responsibilities

• Customer advice: Welcome and inform customers about our world and products, offering a complete and memorable experience in-store, by mail, telephone or in person.
• Sales development: Achieve and exceed sales targets by leveraging your training and product knowledge.
• Continuous training: Ensure ongoing training in new products and features.
• Maintain an inspiring store environment: Encourage purchases and deliver an optimal customer experience.
• Customer needs analysis and loyalty: Identify customer needs and document files for long-term relationships.
• Store enhancement: Maintain luxury presentation and brand standards.
• Administrative follow-up: Handle CRM, inventory management, and product integration.
