Job summary

TUMI, a global leader in luggage and travel accessories, is seeking a Store Manager for our Brussels area store. You will direct daily store operations, drive sales to meet targets, and coach the team while ensuring excellent service and strong product knowledge.

You will analyze performance, manage stock and merchandising, oversee promotions, and act as a brand ambassador, with weekend availability and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a store manager in a high-level brand retail environment.
• Good organizational, managerial, coaching and communicative skills.
• Be flexible and able to work weekends.
• Communicate in a clear, concise and understandable way and to listen to others.
• Be very client-oriented.
• Be informed on new market trends and competition.
• Act as an ambassador of the company with brand passion.

Responsibilities

• Analyze shop performance to reach sales plans.
• Collect and analyze KPIs and implement improvement measures.
• Provide exceptional client service and train staff on product knowledge.
• Coach and develop the team and manage personnel scheduling.
• Oversee stock accuracy and pricing to minimize losses.
• Ensure daily procedures compliance and merchandise presentation.
