Elisabetta Franchi in Brussels is seeking a Full-Time Sales Assistant for its directly operated boutique. You will represent the Brand, deliver a luxury customer experience, and drive sales in collaboration with the team.

The role requires a strong commercial mindset, fluent French and English, and a proactive, client-focused approach to build lasting relationships with an international clientele. Knowledge of Russian or other languages is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of assisted sales experience.
• Fluent in French and English; Russian or additional languages a plus.
• Strong customer-centric selling and loyalty mindset.

Responsabilités

• Welcoming and assisting clients throughout the customer journey with personalized high-level service.
• Understanding client needs and recommending products and complete looks accordingly.
• Developing long-term client relationships through clienteling and loyalty activities.
• Contributing to achievement of individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintaining excellent knowledge of collections, products and brand values.
• Ensuring displays align with Visual Merchandising guidelines from Headquarters.
• Supporting window displays and stockroom activities, inventory management and replenishment.
• Ensuring the boutique reflects the Brand’s image and standards.
• Collaborating with Store Manager and team for smooth daily operations.
