Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland at the Brussels head office is seeking a Controlling & Accounting Intern as part of the PIONEERS Louis Vuitton Internship Program.

You will support the regional accounting team across 8 countries, handling invoices and reconciliations, assisting with monthly closings, Capex reporting, and audits, while learning in a dynamic luxury retail environment. Strong Excel skills and English required; start December 2026 or January 2027 for 6-12 months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, business controlling Finance, or related field.
• Internship agreement provided by your university is mandatory.
• Strong command of English. Knowledge of another local language is an advantage.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Provide administrative and operational accounting support to stores and regional accounting team.
• Handle invoice processing, bank reconciliations, and sales reconciliations.
• Assist with Capex monitoring and related reporting.
• Contribute to declarations and compliance tasks (e.g., VAT, Intrastat, statistics).
• Support in monthly closings and financial reporting.
• Prepare documentation for internal and external audits.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with external stakeholders (e.g., suppliers, stores, business partners).
• Preparation and analysis of P/L and running cost
• Follow up of actuals vs budget
