Luxembourg Family Office seeks a sole accountant to manage a portfolio of real estate SPVs, handling general accounting, VAT, and corporate tax for a mix of residential and office properties comprising 10 SPVs. You will report to the global CFO and work closely with the asset manager at the Luxembourg headquarters.

The role is initially intended as full-time, with potential consideration for 80% part-time, and requires fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in accounting, Finance and/or Taxation.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with an accounting firm or a Luxembourg-based real estate company, preferably with exposure to real estate acquisitions and development.
• Fluent French and English (spoken and written) mandatory; Dutch is a strong asset.
• Good knowledge of Luxembourg legislation and regulations in accounting, taxation and corporate/legal matters.
• Able to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Conscientious, reliable, discreet with high integrity.
• Well-organized and structured.

Responsabilités

• Incorporation and administration of SPVs (Special Purpose Vehicles).
• General accounting and preparation of annual accounts.
• VAT returns and corporate tax returns.
• Follow-up of required legal and corporate formalities.
• Cash-flow monitoring and bank account management.
• Due diligence support and general financial administration.
