Samsonite’s Hardside Design team in Oudenaarde is seeking a passionate Product Designer to shape future luggage collections from concept to production. On-site presence is required four days a week, with one day from home.

You will translate creative concepts into technically feasible designs, and build strong relationships with Product Managers, Development, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio with a keen sense of color and trim.
• Excellent knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop; 3D CAD and rendering experience a plus.
• Creative and proactive problem solver with strong teamwork.
• Willingness to travel locally and globally to implement projects.

Responsabilités

• Create distinct design concepts, directions, colors, graphics and materials.
• Translate ideas into sketches, mock-ups and prototypes for decision making.
• Develop accurate 2D/3D technical files for production and supplier communication.
• Collaborate with managers, development teams and suppliers to ensure alignment.
