Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Belgium is seeking a Contract Logistics Solutions Engineer to design, develop, and implement innovative logistics solutions for customers across Belgium and the BeNeLux region.

This role focuses on analyzing end-to-end processes, designing layouts, leading projects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver optimized logistics with travel across BeNeLux as needed.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 2–5 years in logistics engineering, supply chain, operations or project engineering.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Experience in warehouse or supply chain operations.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; AutoCAD knowledge is considered an advantage.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
• Willingness to travel across the BeNeLux region.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end supply chain and warehouse processes for existing and new customers.
• Design and optimize logistics solutions covering warehousing, inbound/outbound flows, distribution activities, and warehouse layouts.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize operational performance.
• Develop business cases and logistics solutions using engineering and calculation tools.
• Lead medium-sized logistics projects from tender phase through implementation.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and customers to deliver effective logistics solutions.
• Travel within the BeNeLux region to support various customer projects when required.
