Seven Senders GmbH is seeking a Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our Europe-wide team. You will ensure SLA compliance, proactively resolve issues in existing logistics solutions, and coordinate with account management to optimize processes. Fluency in English and German, plus strong MS Office skills, are essential.

Hybrid work from our Berlin area office with flexible remote options. You will report to the Logistics Operations Execution team and help deliver reliable cross-border parcel

Qualifications

• Operational experience in parcel operations (CEP), transportation, or warehouse management in an e-commerce environment.
• Experience in B2B customer communication and customer service.
• Data-driven work approach and a strong service orientation.
• Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel.
• Proficiency in English and German (C1 or above).

Responsabilités

• Ensuring compliance with customer-specific SLAs in your customer portfolio.
• Proactively organizing the resolution of issues in existing logistical solutions, in collaboration with internal departments and our customers.
• Close coordination with key account management and other internal departments to optimize logistics and transport processes for our customers.
• Communicating with the operational contacts of our customers in German and English to build a long-term and trusting collaboration.
• Preparing and independently discussing weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports in Excel and PowerPoint with our customers.

Our B2B Logistics Operations Execution team owns the resolution of operational incidents and the operational relationship with our strategic customers. With extensive know-how in logistics, supply chain management, and e-commerce, we understand the unique operational challenges of our customers and continuously strive for innovations and improvements.

The essence of your role:
