Seven Senders GmbH, Berlin, operates a hybrid work model with flexible remote-office setup, offering the chance to work from various locations. In the B2B Logistics Operations Execution team, you will ensure SLA compliance, proactively resolve operational issues, and optimize transport processes for key customers.

You will collaborate with account management and internal teams, communicating in German and English, and regularly present performance reports using Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Operational experience in parcel operations (CEP), transportation, or warehouse management in an e-commerce environment.
• Experience in B2B customer communication and customer service
• Data-driven work approach and a strong service orientation
• Solid knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Proficiency in English and German (C1 or above)

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with customer-specific SLAs in the portfolio.
• Proactively organize the resolution of issues in existing logistical solutions with internal departments and customers.
• Coordinate with key account management and internal departments to optimize logistics and transport processes.
• Communicate with customers' operational contacts in German and English to build long-term collaboration.
• Prepare and discuss weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports in Excel and PowerPoint with customers.

Our B2B Logistics Operations Execution team is responsible for resolving operational incidents and managing operational relationships with our strategic customers. With extensive know-how in logistics, supply chain management, and e-commerce, we understand our customers' unique operational challenges and continuously strive for innovation and improvement.

The essence of your role

• Ensuring compliance with customer-specific SLAs in your customer portfolio.
